Article 5. Subscription & Payment
Section 1. Plans and Billing Cycles
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Edu, Pro, Master) with varying features and pricing. All subscription plans — including the Free plan — operate on 30-day billing cycles. The Free plan begins automatically at account registration with no payment required.
- Prices are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed through our certified payment processing partner.
- Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless the User cancels or downgrades before the renewal date.
- The Company will notify Users of any price changes at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
- Your renewal date is displayed in your account's subscription settings.
Section 2. Upgrades (Switching to a Higher-Tier Plan)
If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan during an active billing period:
- You will receive a prorated refund for the unused days remaining on your current plan, calculated as:
Refund = ⌊(remaining days ÷ 30) × current plan price⌋ - The full price of the new plan is charged immediately.
- A new 30-day billing cycle begins from the date of upgrade. Your renewal date resets accordingly.
- The refund is applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Example: If you are on the Pro plan (₩29,000/mo) and upgrade to Master (₩149,000/mo) with 15 days remaining, you will receive a refund of ₩14,500 and be charged ₩149,000 immediately. Your next renewal will be 30 days from the upgrade date.
Section 3. Downgrades (Switching to a Lower-Tier Plan)
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan (including the Free plan) during an active billing period:
- Your current plan remains active until the end of your current 30-day billing period. You retain full access to your current plan's features until that date.
- The lower-tier plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days on the current plan at the time of a downgrade request.
- Your scheduled plan change is displayed in your subscription settings and can be cancelled before the billing period ends.
Section 4. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your paid features remain accessible until the end of the current 30-day billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- The Free plan has no time limit and requires no payment.
Section 5. User Consent
